1Terms & Conditions

1.1 Who we are. PrepCatapult (“we”, “us”) is a service operated by Jardine Consulting Group PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore at 14-04, 160 Robinson Road, 068914 Singapore. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these Terms.

1.2 The service. PrepCatapult provides online consulting-interview preparation, including practice drills and modules, progress tracking, and optional 1:1 coaching sessions. Content is provided for personal, educational use only.

1.3 Accounts. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.

1.4 Acceptable use. You may not share or resell your account, scrape or copy our content, resell or redistribute drills, coaching materials or resources, or use the service to build a competing product. Coaching sessions and materials are for your own preparation only.

1.5 Intellectual property. All content, drills, frameworks (including the 9-pillar casing framework), branding and software are owned by Jardine Consulting Group PTE. LTD. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the service while your plan is active.

1.6 No guarantee of outcomes. PrepCatapult is a preparation tool. We do not guarantee interview invitations, offers, or employment. Any pass-rate or placement figures are historical and not a promise of results.

1.7 Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

1.8 Changes & termination. We may update the service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

1.9 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.

2Delivery Policy

2.1 Digital delivery. All PrepCatapult products are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment.

2.2 When access begins. Access to your plan or pass is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed, via your PrepCatapult account at prepcatapult.com. No separate download is required.

2.3 Coaching sessions. After purchasing a coaching session, you will receive scheduling details by email at your account email. Sessions are held online via video call.

2.4 Trouble accessing. If access hasn't appeared within a few minutes of payment, contact support@prepcatapult.com and we'll resolve it promptly.

3Refund Policy

3.1 Digital nature. Because our products give immediate access to digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except as required by law or as set out below. This includes the 1-Week Pass, where the full library unlocks immediately.

3.2 Subscriptions (Go-Getter, Prep Champion). You can cancel at any time to stop future billing (see Cancellation Policy). We do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period, and amounts already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3.3 Coaching sessions. We want coaching to fit your schedule. Let us know at least 48 hours before a session and we'll gladly reschedule it at no charge — and we'll always do our best to accommodate later changes whenever we can. Sessions cancelled at short notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable. If a coach ever needs to move a session, you can pick a new time or take a full refund for it.

3.4 How to request. Email support@prepcatapult.com from your account email with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

4Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancel anytime. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@prepcatapult.com.

4.2 What happens when you cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period, after which the plan does not auto-renew.

4.3 1-Week Pass. The pass does not auto-renew; it simply expires after 7 days, so no cancellation is needed.

4.4 Coaching. To cancel or reschedule a booked coaching session, give at least 48 hours notice (see Refund Policy 3.3).

4.5 Account deletion. You can delete your account at any time from settings; this removes your access and personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5Privacy Policy

5.1 Who controls your data. Jardine Consulting Group PTE. LTD. (address above) is the data controller, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

5.2 What we collect. Account details (name, email); usage and progress data (drills attempted, scores, streaks, XP); payment status (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers); coaching booking details; and basic analytics/device data.

5.3 How we use it. To provide and improve the service, track your progress and readiness, deliver coaching, process payments, send service-related and (with consent) marketing emails, and meet legal obligations.

5.4 Sharing. We never sell your personal data, and we never share information that identifies you on an individual level. We share only the limited data needed with trusted providers who help us run the service — for example payment processing (Stripe), hosting, and product analytics (PostHog) — and only under strict confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.

5.5 International transfers. Some providers process data outside Singapore; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with the PDPA.

5.6 Retention. We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

5.7 Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, by emailing support@prepcatapult.com.

5.8 Cookies. We use essential cookies to run the service and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser.

5.9 Contact / complaints. Privacy questions: support@prepcatapult.com. You also have the right to contact Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission.
